Cancellation policy


For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms at an Establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with article L. 221-28, paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts for the provision of accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or period.
For each Service reservation, the Specific Conditions specify the modalities for canceling and/or modifying the reservation.

When Specific Conditions allow:
• cancellation of the reservation can be made via email: [email protected]
• modification of the reservation, when possible, can be made via the same email.

If a Service is interrupted by the Customer, the entire agreed price will be charged.

In an Accommodation Service, unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the Specific Conditions, the Customer must vacate the Establishment’s room before the time indicated by the Establishment, generally at 2:00 pm on the last day of the reservation. If you go overtime, you will be charged an additional night.

Cancellation by January 21, 2024 will be refunded 100% of the chosen package, minus the 5% administrative fee.

Cancellation by February 1, 2024 will be refunded 50% of the chosen package, minus the 5% administrative fee.

Cancellation after February 9, 2024 will not be refunded.
